Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following are non-refundable:

• Work that has already been completed or delivered (e.g., a completed website, content upload, or custom design work)

• One-time third-party costs such as domain registration, premium plugins, or add-ons purchased on your behalf

• Strategy sessions or consultation time already used
