If you are on a free trial, no payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. No billing occurs unless you explicitly choose to continue after the trial ends.
Paid Service Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a paid service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment. To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at adaptdigitalpartners@gmail.com with your name, purchase details, and a brief explanation.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
Work that has already been completed or delivered (e.g., a completed website, content upload, or custom design work)
One-time third-party costs such as domain registration, premium plugins, or add-ons purchased on your behalf
Strategy sessions or consultation time already used
If you’re unsure what qualifies, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any ongoing service at any time. If you cancel after the 30-day refund window, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle, but you will not be billed again moving forward.
